Change doesn’t have to be hard

For better or worse, I’ve gotten used to the idea of change. While being in a constant state of uncertainty lacks stability on the surface, there is much permanence to be gained from impermanence.

As long as the foundation is laid before the chaos begins.

Do you have a clear mission, motto, or purpose?

If so, the destination or finish line is clear. The big picture remains the constant.

It’s the little things — the methods, tactics, and occasionally the people, that change.

Change is hard for most of us, but it doesn’t have to be.

Commit to your vision. Allow your process to be flexible.
